Peugeot 508
To support sales the launch of the new 508 model, we created an exclusive augmented reality microsite for VIP customers. A direct mail was sent to 5000 VIP clients, who found a custom-made plastic key card within. The client could use the key card to unlock and activate a private microsite and reveal the car for the first time, all via an augmented reality feature utilizing webcam technology.
Additional content included gallery, videos, test drive and special offer call to action buttons and a unique profile tool that allows users to identify if they are more right brain / left brain and which version of 508 best suits their personality type.
The site was also made available to fans of the Peugeot’s Facebook group as an added-value feature.
